Refund policy
Kindly take a video before opening the package/products. We take replacements only if the product is damaged. Reach/send us the video to info.visvarupa@gmail.com. Without valid proof, we do not allow refunds or replacements.
1. Damages & Replacement Process
We issue replacements or refunds or exchanges—whichever is feasible for us—for damage of products during transit within 3 days of the original purchase date. A replacement will only be provided. A refund can only be issued in the case of the unavailability of the same product for replacement.
The damaged product must be return shipped by you, intact, to an address requested by our support team. Once we receive and inspect the returned parcel, the replacement will be dispatched. The refund processing timeline would be 5 to 7 working days, depending on the transaction method.
2. Order Cancellations

By Visvarupa: Visvarupa reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion and will provide timely notice of such cancellation.

By Customer: The placed orders cannot be canceled or exchanged for another product once the order is confirmed.

Partial Cancellation: If a customer cancels part of a multi-item order, bringing the total value below any free shipping threshold, standard shipping charges may apply. If a particular item in your entire order cannot be processed by us, the item can be replaced with one of equivalent value, exchanged for an item of additional value (with the price difference to be paid), or a refund will be provided only for that particular item.
3. Failed Delivery & Reshipment
We recommend that the customer or an authorized person be available at the destination address to receive the jewelry during standard courier hours (typically 9 AM to 5 PM IST). A total of three delivery attempts will be made. If the courier returns after all attempts, the customer will be notified.
4. No Cash Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. The resolution for an approved claim will always be a replacement or an exchange for an item of equivalent value. In cases where a package is returned to us due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the item will be re-shipped only after the applicable reshipping fee is paid. No refund shall be initiated for courier returns.
5. Promotional Offers & Discounts
Discounts applied via promo codes or cashback offers are deducted from the initial purchase price only. The value of any such promotion will not be refunded or carried over to a replacement item if the original order is returned. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at our discretion.
6. Important Exclusions (Our Policy Stands)

Stone Displacement: A stone coming loose is not considered damage, as it can be reattached with jewelry glue.

Artisan Variations: Minor differences in handcrafted pieces are natural and not grounds for exchange.

Product Images: The product images on our site are for representation. The actual handmade product may have minor, non-material differences.
