Shipping policy

At Visvarupa, we are dedicated to ensuring your meticulously crafted jewellery arrives safely and elegantly, just as it left our hands. We have established the following guidelines to provide clarity on our shipping and delivery processes.

1. Domestic Shipping & Delivery Timeline
We process and carefully package all orders within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, domestic deliveries within India typically take 5 to 15 working days. Please note that this timeline is from the date of dispatch and does not include potential delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, logistical disruptions).

2. Shipping Method
Currently, we offer standard shipping services across India. Express or expedited shipping is not available at this time.

3. Secure Delivery via OTP Verification
To guarantee the security of your purchase, all our deliveries require an OTP (One-Time Password) verification. Upon delivery, our courier partner will send an OTP to your registered mobile number. The package will only be handed over once this OTP is successfully verified.

  • Please ensure your provided shipping phone number is correct and accessible. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect phone number, recipient unavailability, or OTP verification failure, the package will be returned to us.

4. Returns & Reshipping
If a package is returned to us due to the reasons mentioned above (unavailability/incorrect contact), a reshipping fee of INR 89 will be applicable for us to dispatch the order again. We will contact you to arrange for this payment and reconfirm the delivery details before sending the parcel a second time.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email notification containing your unique tracking number and a link. You can use this to monitor the real-time progress of your shipment from our studio to your doorstep.

6. International Shipping
We are honored to share our craftsmanship with a global audience. We offer worldwide shipping to most countries for a standard flat charge of INR 3000.

  • Delivery Timeline: International orders generally take 8 to 20 working days for delivery after dispatch. Please note that Visvarupa cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances during transit such as customs clearance, local holidays, weather, or other logistical disruptions.

  • Customs & KYC: Any and all customs duties, import taxes, or country-specific fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. In certain cases, courier partners or customs authorities may request additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documents to clear the shipment. If requested, the customer agrees to promptly provide these documents via email to facilitate delivery. This requirement is subjective and will not apply to all orders.

  • International Returns Policy: We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders due to size or preference. However, we stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery at info.visvarupa@gmail.com. To process a damage claim, you must provide clear photographic and video evidence of the unboxing and the damaged product.
